Below are three different contract forms.  Contracts between an Outfitter and hunter are required by the state of New Mexico if the Hunter applies in the outfitted hunt pool in the drawing.   These documents are in adobe .pdf format. State of New Mexico License Application Forms

This link will download the 2008 –2009 New Mexico Big Game and Furbearer Rules & Information booklet (“The Proclamation”) in pdf format from the New Mexico Game and Fish web site. This is a complete listing of all hunts for all species and the regulations which apply to your big game hunt. It is a very useful document for planning your hunt. Be aware it is a 60 page document and will take a few minutes to download and print, so plan to do it when you have a little time.

On-Line Application for Elk and Deer Drawing

This is the link to the online application form for the elk and deer drawing . You can fill out this form online with a credit card and have the application process finished in a few minutes. Be sure you have collected all the information you need prior to beginning the license application process. You will only be charged a $6 application fee at this time. If you’re lucky in the elk draw, the state will charge your credit card for your license in June when results are announced. If you’re successful in the deer draw, you will need to purchase your license from any license vendor in NM when you arrive, or purchase it by mail with the FORM 3 License by Mail. See link below.

Paper Application for Elk and Deer Drawing

If you wish to use the hardcopy paper application Form 2005 for your elk or deer drawing application, it must be made on an official pre-printed New Mexico form. Do not use a copy or desktop printed form for your application. Contact me and I will mail you an official form. Be aware that if you file a paper application, you will be required to submit a check for your entire license fee with the application. If you’re unsuccessful in the drawing you will be mailed a refund.
